Front Desk Officer

Job Overview

The Front Desk Officer manages the reception area, greets visitors, handles inquiries, and provides administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes when required
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Provide basic information about the company, services, or policies
  • Assist with administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth communication
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues promptly

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
