Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: PECHS, Karachi (near Bank of Punjab Street)
Salary: PKR 55,000 – 75,000+ (Depending on Experience & Skills)
Timing: 6 PM – 3 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

Romeo Staffing Agency is looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to manage front office operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff.

This role requires strong communication skills, a polished appearance, and the ability to handle administrative and coordination tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, professional environment.

The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming experience while maintaining smooth day-to-day front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and candidates via calls, email, and online platforms
  • Manage incoming inquiries and route them to the relevant departments in a timely manner
  • Maintain a professional and responsive communication experience across all channels

Administrative Support:

  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments using online tools and calendars
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and record updates
  • Manage digital correspondence, including emails and internal communications
  • Support HR and management with coordination and day-to-day operational tasks

Coordination & Communication:

  • Act as a communication bridge between internal teams and international clients
  • Provide accurate information and timely updates to candidates and stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth communication flow across departments in a remote environment

Record Keeping & Systems Management:

  • Maintain digital records of calls, inquiries, and communications
  • Update trackers, databases, and internal systems regularly
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Professional appearance and customer service attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work in night shifts
