Job Title: Front Desk Officer (Female)
Location: Bahria Town, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and well-presented Front Desk Officer (Female) to join our team in Bahria Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling client inquiries, scheduling meetings after verifying leads, and ensuring a smooth communication flow between clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails efficiently.
  • Record and verify new leads, ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Coordinate with the sales and project teams to schedule meetings with potential clients after lead verification.
  • Provide clients with information regarding company services and ongoing projects.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and related documentation.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and follow-ups.
  • Support administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and maintaining a well-presented reception area.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in front desk, client servicing, or customer relations (experience in construction, real estate, or interior design will be preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, confident, and well-spoken personality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM/data entry tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
