Front Desk Officer (Female)

Lahore, Pakistan

Age: 20 - 22 Years

Education: BCom/BSc/BBA English Medium Preffered

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Starting Salary: PKR40,000

Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Description:

  • Call potential customers and introduce them Brain Services and generate confirmed sales
  • Prepare Quotations on ERP to forward customers
  • Provide backup support to Field Sale Team and prepare proposal for customer forwarded by sale team
  • Prepare monthly sale reports
  • Managing walk in customers and guide him/her for relationships leading to increased business for Company.
  • Managing difficult walk in customers competently while ensuring no customer churns.
  • Handling each customer transaction from end-to-end and ensuring customer delight, despite drastic increase in number of transactions.
  • Cutting edge sales and customer relationship management concepts across segments.
  • Customer business processes, deliverables, competitors, expansion plans for the vertical.
  • New application processing/liaison admin accounts for hardware install base
  • Official documents development/designing with the coordination of management
  • Process sale lead, quotation, Sale Order and Invoices for new sale booked
