Perfect-Fit HR Services is partnering with a fast-growing gymnastics & athletic wear manufacturing company in North Houston (I-45/Louetta area) to hire a Front Desk Operations Assistant. This person will be the first point of contact for clients and partners, supporting front desk operations, administrative tasks, and assisting in the shop with hands-on manufacturing duties when needed.

Spanish is required Experience with Mac computers is strongly preferredPosition Summary

The Front Desk Operations Assistant will manage front office responsibilities such as client reception, calendar management, phone calls, email communication, and general administrative support. This role is also physical — the assistant will help in the production shop on a regular basis with packaging, sorting materials, and other light manufacturing support tasks.

This is a 100% on-site role in North Houston (I-45/Louetta area).

Schedule & Pay

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour
  • Performance Review: Pay rate will be reviewed after 90 days and may increase based on performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and receive clients at the front desk
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly
  • Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and client requests
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and administrative tasks
  • Support order coordination and customer communication
  • Help with physical shop tasks (packaging, sorting materials, assisting production)
  • Maintain organized front desk and common areas
  • Collaborate with production and customer service teams to support daily operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with physical/active tasks daily
  • Bilingual English & Spanish required
  • Computer proficient; Mac experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in apparel, warehouse, production, or small business environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
