Front Desk Receptionist

Giza, Egypt

We are hiring Counter Agents to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. The role involves handling travel bookings, managing inquiries, and delivering excellent service at the counter to ensure customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer bookings, ticketing, and payments.
  • Provide professional assistance to walk-in customers and repeat clients.
  • Handle refunds, rescheduling, and customer complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
  • Support sales campaigns and upselling of travel packages.


Requirements

  • 2–3 years of customer service or counter experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in travel booking/ticketing systems is an advantage.
  • Must be proficient in using travel and booking systems like Amadeus & Galileo.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual (Arabic & English).
