Position Overview:
LIV WELLNESS is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and is critical to ensuring a seamless, positive experience from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-service driven, and excited about working in the wellness and aesthetics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Schedule and confirm client appointments via phone, email, and online booking systems.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about services.
• Manage client records and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Process payments, handle POS transactions, and manage daily cash reconciliation.
• Support the team with administrative tasks, including inventory tracking, filing, and reporting.
• Promote additional services and products offered at LIV WELLNESS in a professional manner.
• Assist with coordinating staff schedules and client flow to maximize efficiency.
• Social Media content creation

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
• Licensed aesthetician preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in a med spa, wellness clinic, or customer-facing role is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and POS systems.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for health, wellness, and aesthetics.
