Job Role:

The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing incoming calls, handling inquiries, and supporting daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage front desk operations, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Provide support to HR, admin, or management as required.
  • Maintain visitor logs, ID badges, and security protocols.
  • Respond to queries in-person, via email, or over the phone promptly.
  • Coordinate office supplies and ensure availability at the reception area.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in administration is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and customer service mindset.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, scheduling tools).
  • Ability to stay calm and handle pressure in a busy environment.
  • Previous experience in reception or customer service is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
