Role Description

Apres Beauty & Wellness is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is warm, organized, professional, and thrives in a client-facing environment.

The Front Desk Receptionist plays a key role in creating a seamless and elevated client experience by supporting daily operations, scheduling, communication, and administrative needs in our growing medical aesthetics clinic.

Pay: Starting at $20/hour

1-2 days per week with possibility to turn into more.

Location: Sparta and East Hanover, New Jersey

  • Has an interest in beauty, wellness, skincare, or medical aesthetics

Primary Responsibilities:

Client Experience & Front Desk Operations

  • Warmly welcome clients and assist with check-in and check-out
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment scheduling
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, providers, and products
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
  • Support daily clinic flow to ensure a smooth client experience

Administrative Support

  • Assist with light administrative tasks and clinic coordination
  • Process payments, memberships, and retail transactions
  • Communicate with providers and team members to support scheduling needs
  • Help plan events and coordinate between us and brands.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in customer service, front desk, hospitality, or administrative roles
  • Previous experience in a medical spa, wellness clinic, beauty, or luxury service environment is a plus
  • Comfortable using scheduling systems, phones, and basic computer software
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
  • Interested in a long-term role with opportunities to grow within the clinic
  • Preferred Social Media Experience, but not required.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
  • Experience with customer-facing roles required
  • Previous experience in medical, beauty, or wellness settings preferred

Job Type: Part-time
