Front Desk Receptionist

Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with clarity and professionalism
  • Multitasks

  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously

Skills

  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high-volume calls effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute for effective data entry and correspondence handling
  • Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus, including familiarity with patient scheduling or medical records management
  • Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients and visitors at all times
  • Personal assistant experience or experience supporting professionals in an office setting is beneficial
  • EMR experience
  • Professional
