Front Desk Receptionist

Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and highly motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic med-spa team. As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of our med-spa. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction & Customer Service:
  • Greet and check-in clients upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Schedule client appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking.
  • Provide clients with information about services, treatments, and products offered by the med-spa.
  • Address and resolve any client concerns or issues in a professional, timely manner.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Maintain and update client records accurately in the system.
  • Assist with the completion of client paperwork and forms.
  • Process payments, including cash, credit card transactions, and any client billing inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
  • Collaboration and Team Support:
  • Work closely with other team members, including aesthetic professionals, sales reps, and clinic staff, to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including managing client consultations, and helping clients with financing options.
  • Scheduling and Coordination:
  • Handle client rescheduling requests and cancellations in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • Ensure all client information is updated and accurately entered into the system
  • Work Environment:
  • Ensure the front desk area is always clean, organized, and welcoming for clients and staff.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment for staff and clients.

Requirements:

  • Must speak fluent English & Spanish (or be comfortable working in a multi-lingual environment).
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, with experience in a medical, spa, or wellness environment a plus.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., phone systems, scheduling software).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic with a passion for the wellness and beauty industry.
  • Team-oriented with a positive and approachable demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
