Front Desk Receptionist

Great Falls Movement Center is seeking a full-time front desk receptionist for our boutique wellness facility, which opened in October 2025. Our collaborative center brings together Great Falls Physical Therapy, Great Falls Pilates, personal training, and restorative wellness services under one roof.

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive individual to assist with morning opening hours starting at 7:00 AM. The front desk plays an essential role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily operations for clients and practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Open the facility and prepare the space for the day
• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Check in clients and assist with scheduling and payments
• Answer and direct phone calls clearly and courteously
• Provide excellent customer support by addressing client questions and resolving issues promptly
• Use scheduling software to manage client services for Great Falls Movement Center, Great Falls Physical Therapy, and Great Falls Pilates
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and shared spaces
• Ensure restorative wellness rooms are clean, organized, and reset between client sessions
• Assist clients with entry into treatment rooms when needed
• Learn and be well versed in all our offerings to answer questions from new clients

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to learn and effectively use multiple software systems
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prior customer service or receptionist experience preferred
