Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our Front Office team- a receptionist who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence!

What are we looking for?

• A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with others

• Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience

• A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success

What would you bring to the table?

• 2+ years of receptionist experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment

• Proficiency with computers and online systems preferred

• Ability to stand/move behind the desk and around the hotel for the entire shift

• Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

What would my job responsibilities be?

• Check in guests, understanding their situations and feelings and taking action to create the best possible experience

• Check out guests, ensuring satisfaction with empathy and awareness of any issues encountered during their visit

• Act as a confident problem solver in all guest interactions, delivering the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests (when possible), resolve concerns, and assist with inquiries

• Utilize multiple computer systems to check guests in and out, run daily reports, and select and block rooms for upcoming arrivals

• Answer and direct guest phone calls and process reservations, changes, and cancellations
