Front Desk Receptionist

Teknia Material Handling is looking for a friendly, organized Receptionist / Office Coordinator to manage the front desk and help support our sales, rental, and service teams.

This role is the first point of contact for customers and helps keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming calls
  • Greet walk-in customers
  • Manage general office email inboxes
  • Create and send rental contracts and invoices
  • Maintain the rental equipment calendar
  • Call customers to confirm rental extensions or schedule pickup
  • Coordinate with sales and service teams
  • Enter leads and customer information into CRM
  • Help with general office organization and documentation

Ideal Candidate

  • Friendly and professional personality
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Comfortable using computers and basic software
  • Able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Customer service experience preferred
