We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls with proper phone etiquette, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain and organize the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Schedule appointments and manage schedule.
- Handle office management tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy before distribution.
- Utilize office phone systems effectively for communication within the organization.
- Provide support for administrative tasks as needed, demonstrating strong time management skills.
