Overview
We Are Seeking a Friendly and Organized Front Desk Receptionist to Join Our Team. in This Role, You Will Be the First Point of Contact for Our Clients and Visitors, Providing Exceptional Customer Service and Administrative Support. the Ideal Candidate Will Possess Strong Clerical Skills, Time Management Abilities, and Proficiency in Using Various Computer Applications, Including Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• • Greet and Welcome Visitors in a Professional Manner.
  • Answer and Direct Phone Calls Using Multi-line Phone Systems.
  • Manage the Front Desk Area, Ensuring It Is Tidy and Presentable.
  • Perform Clerical Duties Such As Filing, Data Entry, and Maintaining Records.
  • Schedule Appointments and Manage Calendars for Staff Members.
  • Assist with Administrative Tasks As Needed to Support Office Operations.
  • Handle Incoming and Outgoing Mail and Packages.
  • Provide Information About the Organization’s Services to Clients and Visitors.

Qualifications

• • Proven Experience As a Front Desk Clerk or in a Similar Administrative Role.
  • Strong Organizational Skills with the Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks Efficiently.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Other Computer Applications.
  • Excellent Time Management Skills to Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
  • Ability to Maintain Professionalism in a Busy Environment.
  • Familiarity with Office Equipment (E.g., Printers, Copiers) Is Advantageous.
  • A Positive Attitude and a Commitment to Providing Excellent Customer Service.
