A front Desk Officer serves as the face of Company. The primary duty of a front desk Officer is to greet visitors. Answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties.
Job Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
· Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
· Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing accurate information when needed.
· Handle all correspondence, emails, and incoming mail, and distribute it appropriately.
· Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
· Maintain and update contact lists and office directories.
· Assist with clerical tasks and other duties as assigned by the office manager or HR department including recruitment tasks.
Requirements:
· Must be computer literate
· Minimum Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree holder
· Proficient in English and Urdu (Oral & Written)
Good organizational and &multi-tasking abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
