Front Desk Receptionist

WE ARE HIRING – RECEPTIONIST (Male)

We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our office.

Position: Receptionist
Location: Site Area Karachi

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (preferred)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to handle calls and manage front desk efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to relevant departments
  • Maintain visitor records and front desk registers
  • Handle courier, emails, and basic administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with internal departments when required
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
