Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors. Duties

  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and relay messages efficiently with excellent phone etiquette
  • Maintain accurate appointment scheduling and calendar management for staff or practitioners
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, mail, or courier services
  • Utilize computer skills in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software to prepare reports and documents

Requirements

  • Proven office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience as a receptionist in law offices is advantageous but not required
  • Receptionist experience can be beneficial for understanding specialized workflows
