erioCraft is a modern periodontal and dental implant practice focused on exceptional patient care, advanced treatment, and a welcoming patient experience. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and personable Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Collect copays and process payments
- Confirm and schedule appointments
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to messages, and assist with patient requests
- Respond to office emails and correspondence
- Contact referring dental offices to obtain patient information and records
- Submit insurance claims and communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and benefits
- Process patient information using office software and online insurance portals
- Maintain organized patient records and office documentation
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Support instrument sterilization and operatory preparation as needed
- Send appointment reminders and email confirmations
- Draft occasional patient communications and informational office updates
- Maintain professional communication through social media and online platforms when needed
- Communicate effectively with doctors, team members, patients, and referring offices
Qualifications
- Previous dental or medical front desk experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental insurance and claim submission preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with computers, email communication, and dental software
- Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
