Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and professional Admin Cum Personal Secretary to provide administrative and personal assistance to management. The ideal candidate should be proactive, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and office operations.
- Handle emails, phone calls, correspondence, and document filing.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain company records and databases.
- Assist with personal tasks and calendar management for management.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and government departments when required.
- Manage office supplies and vendor relationships.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support HR and basic accounting tasks when needed.
Requirements
- Female candidate preferred.
- English, Tagalog is MUST.
- Must have a valid UAE residence visa (own visa required).
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of UAE business practices is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 5,000 (depending on experience)
