Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Palm Coast, FL. The Front Desk Receptionist will manage daily administrative and clerical tasks, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a professional and welcoming front desk presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering phone calls, booking appointments, assisting clients, and managing correspondence. The individual will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations and positive client experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in Phone Etiquette and performing Receptionist Duties efficiently
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as filing, organizing, and managing schedules
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for a professional and welcoming presence
• Customer Service skills to interact effectively and empathetically with clients
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
