The Receptionist We Want to Hire

Our ideal Legal Receptionist is calm under pressure, sharp with details, steady on the phone, and genuinely respectful toward people who may be hurt, frustrated, scared, or tired of being ignored.
If you always show up, can combine warmth, accuracy, discretion, and follow-through, you can help our legal team protect the underdog from the very first call. This position is ideal for an early-career professional seeking hands-on experience in a legal environment, with opportunities for growth, more hours, and increased responsibility over time.
Schedule - Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
