Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently.
  • Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and perform proofreading to ensure accuracy in all documents.
  • Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, managing correspondence, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously via phone or in person.
  • Assist with clerical duties including typing, data entry, filing, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software.

Skills

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Strong communication skills with effective phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk procedures.
  • Experience with clerical tasks such as proofreading, data entry, filing, and calendar management.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and ability to handle customer support professionally.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail; strong time management skills are essential.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
