Position Summary

The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for creating a positive first impression for every client while ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, comfortable multitasking, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service
• Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and emails professionally
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
• Check clients in and out for appointments
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Assist with client intake forms and paperwork
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Promote retail skincare products and services when appropriate
• Support providers and staff with administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure client confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

• Previous front desk, receptionist, customer service, or medical office experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using scheduling software, computers, and office equipment
• Experience in a medical spa, aesthetic practice, or healthcare setting is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
