The Establishment is a creative, community-driven Aveda salon in the heart of Shorewood. We're looking for a Front Desk Coordinator.

Someone with warmth and poise to be the welcoming face of our space.

Daily Tasks:

• Greet guests and guide the flow of the salon with calm confidence
• Manage appointments and support our stylists
• Handle checkouts, product sales, and light admin tasks
• Keep the energy grounded and inspired

You are:
Organized, friendly, and quick on your feet. You love beauty, connection, and a smooth-running day. Salon or hospitality experience is a plus.
