- Welcome all patients in person with sincerity, answering inquiries, and directing them through the registration process.
- Answering multi-phone lines, filing, faxing, scanning patient records or correspondence, and completing daily patient callbacks.
- End of night closing process with other staff members.
- Collect all insurance information, verify patient demographics, process payments, post patient balances.
- Maintain a neat and clean work environment and professional appearance.
- Working with patients and opticians to style patients with eye wear.
- Willing to train the right individual who wants to grow in the optical/medical field.
- Applicant must be professional and be a team player.
