We are a trusted insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service and customized insurance solutions to our clients. We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our customers.
Position Overview
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients, managing incoming communications, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Schedule appointments and maintain staff calendars.
- Assist clients with basic inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and office correspondence.
- Assist with insurance paperwork, applications, and document collection.
- Perform data entry and general administrative duties.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Order office supplies and support daily office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Insurance industry experience is a plus but not required.
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
