Front Desk Receptionist

Functional Restoration Institute is a cash-pay chiropractic sports medicine and functional medicine clinic in Mission Viejo, helping our patients get to the root cause of chronic pain and metabolic health issues. We're a small, tight-knit practice, and we're looking for someone to be the first face our patients see and the steady hand that keeps our office and our patient relationships running smoothly.

About You
You've spent your career building strong communication and people skills, ideally with a background in sales or client-facing roles. You're warm, positive, and a natural go-getter who takes ownership and gets things done without needing to be micromanaged. You're comfortable on the phone, over text, and in person, and you're looking for a stable, rewarding role where you can bring your experience to a practice that will value it long-term. This is a great fit for someone in a later career stage seeking meaningful, steady work rather than a stepping stone to something else.

What You'll Do

• Greet patients and manage the front desk experience
• Call new leads and follow up to convert them into scheduled patients
• Call and check in with existing patients to support retention
• Handle patient communication across phone, email, and text
• Help patients get set up on or transitioned off certain treatment modalities
• Schedule and monitor our social media content across all platforms, and respond to comments and messages
• Keep the office running smoothly during clinic hours

• Comfort capturing social media content when opportunities come up

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
