Sirena Medical Aesthetics is looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist + Social Media Assistant to support both our social media presence and patient experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while also contributing creatively to marketing and patient engagement.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Warm, energetic, and professional with excellent communication skills
• Proficient with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and comfortable creating or editing short-form video content using tools such as CapCut
• Creative with an eye for photos, short videos, and storytelling
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Able to assist with scheduling approved social media content and responding to basic inquiries
• Confident communicating with potential patients and helping guide them toward appropriate services
• A "can-do" attitude with initiative and willingness to adapt to change
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check in patients
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with scheduling
• Help convert inquiries and consultations into booked appointments when appropriate
• Provide administrative and front desk support
• Capture and post engaging social media content
• Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions Educate patients about treatment services and membership
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming front desk environment

Experience preferred but not required:

• Experience in a medical, dental, or service-based office.
• Canva or other basic design skills.

Benefits

Salary Range: $20/hour – $25/hour, based on experience (higher range considered for strong candidates)

Part-time (12-20 hours per week), in person and may have some flexible remote hours.
