Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant

  • Courteously, cheerfully, and professionally receiving clients, customers, visitors,

and vendors. Answering and assisting with incoming telephone calls, with polished

telephone etiquette and door. Additional administrative assignments.

  • This position requires an energetic and customer service driven professional that

will focus on delivering top-notch service.

  • Attention to detail, superb organizational skills, a positive attitude, strong work

ethic, and excellent written and verbal skills are required.

  • Candidates must be extremely reliable and dependable, organized and detail

oriented.

  • Additionally, the candidate must have exceptional follow-through and can work in a

fast-paced environment, be highly motivated, possess exceptional computer skills,

as well as written/verbal communication skills, business writing, and proofreading

skills. The ability to multitask under pressure is a must.

  • This candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the office lobby,

conference rooms and kitchen.

  • Process mail including mail outs, some filing.

Experience in Real Estate, working in a Title office, Bank, or Mortgage company a plus.
