Front Desk Staff

Permanent Part Time- Not a Summer or Seasonal Position

Mon/Tues 2:55pm-9:00pm

Wed/Thurs. 3:55pm-9:00pm

Friday 12:55pm-7:00pm

Training takes about a month and is done during the day hours and then transitioning to evening shift once fully trained.

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our members and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be standing the entire shift.

• Greet and welcome members upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently,
• Provide excellent customer support by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
• Sign people up for memberships and Insurance memberships.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and Gym Assistant Programs.
• Handle phone calls professionally, providing information about services and amenities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless member experiences.
• Perform office management tasks as needed, including filing and maintaining organized documentation.
• Vacuuming, Straightening the Gym, Bathroom Checks on the Hour
• Make Protein Shakes/ Pre-Workout Shots/ Handle Money Transactions

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
