Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Staff member to be the welcoming face of our office. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Duties

  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
  • Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Perform data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintain accurate records of all correspondence and documentation
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution.
  • Assist with clerical duties including typing reports, managing office emails, and supporting administrative projects
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries accurately and professionally in both English and bilingual capacities

Experience

  • Previous office experience or administrative support role demonstrating strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills
  • Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills
