Role Description

The Front Desk Staff will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing room reservations, handling phone inquiries, processing payments, and addressing guest needs in a professional and friendly manner. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greenwich, CT, requiring availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide outstanding support and ensure guest satisfaction
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties to handle calls, manage reservations, and coordinate with other departments
• Computer Literacy, including experience with hotel management software and basic office applications
• Friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality management is a bonus
