Lagree Instructor/Front Desk Staff

Lagree Pensacola is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Lagree Instructor / Front Desk Associate. This role combines fitness instruction, customer service, and sales, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment and is passionate about health, wellness, and community building.

We are looking for positive, bubbly, and upbeat personalities who are confident speaking in front of groups, creating meaningful client relationships, and helping grow our studio through membership sales and exceptional customer experiences.

Lagree Level 1 Certification is encouraged but not required at the time of hire. Candidates without certification must be willing to travel to complete training and become certified within a timeframe determined by the studio.

Instructor Responsibilities

• Lead safe, effective, and engaging Lagree fitness classes.
• Provide exercise modifications and corrections as needed.
• Create a welcoming and motivating class environment.
• Confidently coach and communicate using a microphone in front of groups.
• Reach monthly sales benchmarks.

Front Desk Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients.
• Manage front-of-house operations.
• Make follow-up calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Work within the studio CRM system to track leads, memberships, and client communications.
• Provide exceptional customer service and client support.
• Promote memberships, class packages, and studio offerings.
• Convert leads into memberships through relationship-based sales.

Required

• Previous sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading others.
• Positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Preferred

• Fitness instruction experience.
• Experience working in a boutique fitness studio, gym, or wellness environment.
• Lagree Level 1 Certification.

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
