Triangle Kids Care Pediatrics (TKCP) is an outpatient clinic located in Cary North Carolina. TKCP provides outpatient services to children ages newborn to 21 years of age and is committed to provide personalized and comprehensive care collectively, that consists of a Patient, Child, Provider triangle. TKCP's is looking to hire a motivated full-time person to join their team as part of that triangle. TKCP offers a positive, friendly, and collegial work environment.
An ideal candidate will have good communications and organizational skills, experience working in a team setting. The candidate will perform front desk, clinical and administrative duties under the direction of the Physician and Practice Manager.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, providing excellent customer service.
• Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
• Maintain organized filing systems and perform data entry tasks accurately.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for administrative tasks, including calendar management and correspondence.
• Support office management activities, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient operations.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience in customer service and administrative roles in a clinical setting
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
• Ability to manage calendars and perform data entry tasks
• Bilingual candidates are preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
