Front Desk Supervisor - Amangiri

Location Overview

Role
The Front Desk Supervisor supports the Front Desk Manager in overseeing daily front office operations, with a focus on leading Guest Assistants and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role plays a key part in maintaining seamless arrivals and departures, upholding Aman service standards, and fostering a culture of professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

· Support the Front Desk Manager in daily front office operations and team supervision.

· Ensure all guest needs are met with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.

· Oversee front desk readiness, including arrivals, departures, billing accuracy, and room allocations.

· Coordinate with Guest Assistants to ensure all daily operational requirements are prepared and executed.

· Engage with guests regularly to enhance their experience and build meaningful connections.

· Communicate key information regarding guests, operations, and daily activities to leadership.

· Act as Manager on Duty for the front desk in the absence of the Front Desk Manager.

· Review upcoming arrivals, departures, and staffing levels to ensure operational readiness.

· Collaborate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

· Observe, coach, and develop Guest Assistants to elevate service standards and guest interaction.

Requirements

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and colleagues.

· High attention to detail and organisational ability.

· Ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain composed under pressure.

· Proficiency in front office systems and general computer skills preferred.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Professional presentation and adherence to grooming standards.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

· Previous front office or supervisory experience preferred.

Supervisory Responsibilities

· Supports oversight of Guest Assistants within the Front Office team.
