Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with tact and enthusiasm to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and billing details with attention to detail
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
• Conduct night audits when scheduled, verifying daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management
• Assist with guest relations by offering local information, amenities details, and personalized recommendations

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent phone etiquette
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations
• Familiarity with front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, and hotel management software
• Ability to handle night audit responsibilities when scheduled, demonstrating attention to detail under pressure
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
• Previous hotel experience or resort background is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
