About the Role: We’re looking for a smart, organized, and outgoing Receptionist to be the first point of contact for callers and visitors. Whether you have experience or are a recent graduate eager to learn, we’re looking for someone who is quick to adapt and enjoys working with people. In this role, you’ll answer and route phone calls, assist clients with inquiries, and ensure visitors feel welcomed. You’ll also help keep our office running smoothly by working closely with our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer and direct phone calls to the right team members.
• Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, creating a welcoming experience.
• Assist with client intake by directing inquiries and ensuring they reach the right department.
• Work closely with different teams to facilitate smooth communication.
• Handle administrative tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
