Qualification
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Experience
- Proven experience as a front-end loader operator or in a similar role.
Requirements
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness (Dover test).
- Strong knowledge of operating front-end loaders and other heavy equipment.
- Ability to interpret and follow instructions and blueprints.
- Physical strength and stamina for lifting and carrying heavy loads.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong commitment to safety.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in local languages and Urdu.
Responsibilities
- Operate front-end loaders to load, unload, and move materials at construction sites or designated locations.
- Use loader bucket or attachments to scoop and transport materials to trucks, conveyors, or storage areas.
- Ensure proper positioning and leveling of the loader for safe and efficient operation.
- Follow loading and unloading procedures to minimize spillage and maximize efficiency.
- Inspect the loader before use for mechanical issues or safety concerns.
- Perform routine maintenance such as checking fluid levels, lubricating parts, and replacing worn components.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate workflow.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Report equipment malfunctions, accidents, or incidents following company procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the loader and surrounding work area.
