Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring high standards of service and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience.
• Upsell menu items to maximize sales and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables promptly.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Assist with cash handling, basic math calculations, and processing payments accurately.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with OpenTable reservations system is a plus.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Experience in guest relations, ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons.
