Front Office

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk team member to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating appointments, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Assist with inventory management and order entry processes
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming and outgoing calls

Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Suite for managing calendars, emails, and documents
- Experience as a personal assistant or in a medical office setting is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software for basic tasks
- Ability to computerize office operations for efficiency
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
