About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and well-presented Front Office & Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth daily office operations.

The position is part of our Emiratisation efforts, targeting Arabic-speaking candidates currently based in the UAE.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries in both Arabic and English.
  • Support daily administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and correspondence.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and office logistics.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception and common areas are well-organized.
  • Provide general support to various departments as needed.


Requirements

  • Currently based in the UAE and open to working from our Dubai office.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
  • No visa sponsorship or residency permit is required.
