Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!


  • Answers, screens and directs telephone calls, recording and distributing telephone messages accurately.
  • Greets customers and visitors and directs them to appropriate personnel.
  • Operates a multiple position switchboard and routes calls to the appropriate person or location.
  • Performs routine clerical functions such as typing, filing, sorting and mail distribution.
  • Operates office equipment, including facsimile machine, photocopier, postage meter, etc.
  • Perform special project duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration
  • Experience: 0-3 years experience in the same field
  • Professional English and Arabic written and spoken
  • Computer skills (Microsoft office-Word, Excel, etc...)
