About the Hotel

An architectural masterpiece, Jumeirah Emirates Towers offers luxurious experiences in the heart of Dubai. The hotel comprises two towers with 400 rooms and suites, 15 world-class restaurants and bars, Talise Fitness, Talise Spa, a shopping boulevard, and extensive event spaces including the Godolphin Ballroom and 16 meeting rooms.

About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager to join the Front Office team at Jumeirah Emirates Towers. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Foster a positive work environment within the Front Office department and promote effective communication and teamwork between departments to enhance morale and productivity.
  • Delegate tasks, empower, and coach colleagues, Team Leaders, and Managers to achieve desired results, fostering professional growth and skill development.
  • Oversee the maintenance and configuration of the Opera system, ensuring accuracy in profile and reservation inputs, adherence to selling strategies, and regular cleanup of duplicate profiles and expired rates.
  • Analyze Guest Satisfaction Reports to monitor service level, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective action to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback according to company standards, ensuring proper recording and resolution to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare the departmental budget and implement measures to achieve or exceed budgeted profit, optimizing revenue and controlling expenses.
About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • UAE National with a Family Book as per government requirements
  • 8-10 years in a similar role within the luxury industry, demonstrating deep sector knowledge and high standards of excellence
  • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate to Advanced), with the ability to leverage tools for reporting, analysis, and presentations
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative approach to driving performance and fostering a positive work culture
  • Highly detail-oriented and creative, with a passion for solving problems and delivering innovative solutions in fast-paced environments
  • Skilled in project management, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex initiatives from concept to completion
