Job Purpose
The Front Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers and callers, providing professional front-desk support and administrative assistance to ensure smooth office operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always tidy and presentable.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services.
- Maintain customer inquiry logs on google sheets.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier packages, and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation.
- Support HR and admin departments with office coordination tasks when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and grooming.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage)
