Full Job Description

Job Purpose

The Front Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers and callers, providing professional front-desk support and administrative assistance to ensure smooth office operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always tidy and presentable.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services.
  • Maintain customer inquiry logs on google sheets.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier packages, and deliveries
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation.
  • Support HR and admin departments with office coordination tasks when needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration (preferred).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and grooming.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
