Seeking a professional and well-presented Front Office Receptionist with previous hospitality experience to manage our front desk operations and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for clients, visitors, and staff.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and walk-in requests calmly and professionally
  • Manage appointments, meeting room schedules, and visitor logs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks (filing, scanning, printing, data entry)
  • Update records and reports using Microsoft Office tools
  • Coordinate with internal departments as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or front office/reception (required)
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
