Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and confident individuals to join our sales team as Front Sales Executives. This role is ideal for fresh graduates passionate about technology, client interaction, and sales. You will serve as the face of our organization, engaging with customers, identifying needs, and offering tailored automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage with walk-in or referred customers in a professional manner.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide product demonstrations or consultations.
  • Explain automation solutions and services clearly and confidently.
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and transactions in CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, design, and service) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Gather feedback and report market trends to management for strategy enhancement.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Strng communication and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of basic technology concepts (training will be provided)
  • Customer-oriented approach with a problem-solving mindset
  • Confident, well-groomed, and proactive personality
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings or site visits
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve performance targets
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
