The Role
We are looking for a tenacious, results-driven Sales Representative who specializes in outbound outreach. This is not a passive role—we need a "hunter" who knows how to navigate lead generation platforms and convert cold prospects into long-term partners.

Note: Extensive, hands-on experience with the Bark platform is a mandatory requirement for this position. We are looking for a dedicated individual who wants to grow with Doodle N Dash over the long term.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Outreach & Lead Generation:

  • Bark Mastery: Actively managing and optimizing our presence on Bark to identify, bid on, and secure high-value design and revamp projects.
  • Outbound Execution: Executing cold outreach strategies via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Lead Qualification: Vetting potential clients to ensure they align with Doodle N Dash’s service tiers and operational capabilities.

2. Relationship & Pipeline Management:

  • Moving prospects through the sales funnel from initial contact to closing.
  • Collaborating with your team lead, to ensure proposals are strategically aligned with client needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and pipeline stages.

3. Long-Term Growth:

  • Consistently hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Identifying new outbound channels and contributing to the evolution of our sales playbook.

Requirements

  • Bark Experience (Crucial): Demonstrated success in using the Bark platform to win business. You should know how to craft winning responses and manage credits effectively.
  • Outbound Track Record: 2+ years of experience in B2C/B2B sales or lead generation, preferably in the agency or design space.
  • Communication: Masterful English communication and negotiation skills. You must be able to articulate value, not just features.
  • Persistence: A high degree of resilience and the ability to handle the "no's" that come with aggressive outbound sales.
  • Commitment: We are looking for a long-term team member. If you are looking for a "stop-gap" role, this is not the place for you.
