The RSP Front Sales Executive is responsible for driving customer engagement, managing front-desk sales activities, and delivering excellent customer service. This role involves handling walk-in clients, understanding their needs, presenting products/services effectively, and ensuring smooth sales transactions to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers, providing personalized assistance and product knowledge.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Manage front sales counter operations including billing, invoicing, and order handling.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/sales database.
- Collaborate with the back-office, inventory, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
- Support promotional activities, in-store campaigns, and brand activations.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and competitor offerings.
